Events Coordinator
Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract
Salary: Grade 3, £24,652 - £32,000 per annum. Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy
Location: Regent’s Park, London
Working arrangements: 35 hours a week. Standard working hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Due to the nature of events, additional hours and the flexibility to travel may be needed.
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is recruiting an Events Coordinator to join the Communication, Policy and Research directorate.
We’re looking for someone with a demonstrable record of success in an events coordinator or assistant role, organising digital and in person events.
Purpose and scope
Under the supervision of the Events Manager and in collaboration with the RCP Communication, Policy and Research directorate, you will coordinate events for the RCP’s event programme. The annual programme consists of webinars, conferences, lectures, ceremonies and other ad hoc events. You will support the delivery of these events both online via our streaming platform (RCP Player) and in person at the venues.
